Questions We Get a Lot

The right size depends on your available space and the age of the players using it. Shorter cages in the 22–35 ft range work well for younger players and tighter yards, while 40 ft cages give older players and pitching machines the full distance needed for realistic practice. Measure your space carefully before purchasing, including height clearance.

Yes — many of our batting cages include a pitching machine hole in the rear net panel, which allows you to position a machine outside the cage and feed pitches through cleanly. This setup keeps the machine protected and gives hitters a more realistic, full-distance experience. Check each product description to confirm whether a pitching machine hole is included.

Most of our batting cage systems are designed for straightforward setup that you handle yourself using the included components — no specialized tools required for many models. Framed systems with fiberglass or steel poles typically involve assembling the frame sections and attaching the net, which most customers complete in a few hours. Each product includes setup instructions, and carry bags make storage and transport easier between sessions.

We offer 30-Day Returns on batting cage purchases — if the product isn't the right fit for your setup, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. About Our Batting Cages

A batting cage is one of the most practical investments a player, family, or coach can make in consistent skill development. Rather than relying on field time or facility schedules, a personal cage puts hitting and pitching practice in your hands — on your timeline, at your pace, as many reps as you need. They are built to contain pitched or tossed balls within a defined hitting area, protecting surrounding space while letting players focus entirely on mechanics and contact. Backyard-friendly systems come in a range of lengths to suit different ages, skill levels, and property sizes, with net and frame construction that holds up to regular outdoor use. When choosing a cage, consider the age and skill level of the primary users, the available space including overhead clearance, whether you plan to use a pitching machine, and how portable or permanent you need the setup to be. A well-chosen cage supports deliberate, repeatable practice — the kind that builds real improvement over time.
